Address and transaction verification: risk levels, AML/KYC principles, and answers to key questions.

AML and KYC checks
The service operates in accordance with international standards for combating the legalization of proceeds from crime.
All transactions undergo mandatory AML control using a Risk-Based Approach.
An automated Risk-Score model based on AML blockchain transaction analyzer data is used to assess transaction risk.
If an elevated risk level is detected, the transaction may be temporarily suspended pending completion of the review.
Risk-Score threshold
The additional verification procedure is mandatorily initiated in the following cases:

— If the total transaction risk score (Total Risk-Score) exceeds 80%.
— If the transaction contains High-Risk Labels regardless of the final Risk-Score percentage.
High-Risk Labels include, but are not limited to:

— sanctions lists and persons under restrictive measures;
— terrorist financing;
— darknet marketplaces;
— mixing services (mixers);
— stolen funds;
— fraud / scam schemes;
